Target is a full-time training programme running Monday to Friday. Certification is QQI Level 3 Major Award in Employability Skills and Level 4 minor awards, preparing for the opportunity for entry-level to apprenticeships. A range of offending behaviour, (desistance programmes) pro-social, personal development programmes and progression interventions are also provided. The awards and modules are employment and progression focused.

The TARGET programme is also supported by a range of personal development programmes, offending and pro-social programmes and job skill programmes.  

For those who wish to gain employment in the construction sector, we can assist sourcing training in Pre-apprenticeship courses, Construction Taster Programme,  Safe Pass, Manual Handling, Occupational First Aid, Working from Heights and Abrasive Wheels. 

For those who wish to gain employment in the beauty sector we can assist sourcing training in Beauty Trade Taster programmes involving practical learning opportunities in nails, eye lash application, make up application, Barbering and Hairdressing.

For those who wish to gain employment in the beauty sector we can assist sourcing training in the hospitality sector we can assist you in sourcing training in Hospitality Trade Taster introducing you to Consumer Service, give you practical certification in Manual Handling and HACCP (food safety) and an introduction to Barista skills where you will learn how to make the perfect cup of coffee
